Having a kind heart is not easy for everyone, but your kindness is truly powerful.
1st Nomination
Renny, I wrote this a long time ago, ever since we met during the New Year in Krabi. I want to thank you so much. No matter how much time has passed, you have always continued to give good advice to my family.
Sometimes when I have a chance to visit the doctor at Bangkok Hospital, I always try to look for you in different departments, but I never see you. My dear chubby nurse — my heart has become much stronger now. It’s been almost four years since I lost my husband. There are still moments when I miss him, but I’ve tried to hold on to the good things you shared with me — the encouragement, the emotional strength, and the kindness you have always given me.
Thank you so much. That day in Krabi, we didn’t get to talk, which I really regret, but I was happy that we still had the chance to share one hug. If you ever come to Phuket again, I hope we can meet. I want to share with others the goodness of a truly compassionate nurse like you. Having a kind heart is not easy for everyone, but your kindness is truly powerful.
2nd Nomination
Thank you so much to the head nurse and her team. Rainny visits and encourages my Husband every day. The day the oncologist came to talk and told me that my husband was in the final stage. My husband has to write a living will. My mind is in a dark and confused state as to what to do next.
That evening, a sudden rain appeared and told me that "I am an expert in end-of-life care." This is my "Light." My problems are resolving. My husband was well taken care of by Rainny's team, who treated us like family and provided a good quality of life. My husband left with a smile on his face, and I was there for him, and his final moments as he sent him to heaven. Thank you very much.
