Charlot Sy, RN

The first time I met Charlot Sy, I had to ask him to help me with something that was quite embarrassing for me, and he made me feel so comfortable about the whole situation. From that moment on, I have always felt a little bit closer to him. He is such a great listener and believes me. I know I can be tough to deal with, but he made me feel important and took the time to walk me through my issue as I bawled to him about my problems. He continued to check in on me and definitely helped me through it.

I have had the pleasure of having Charlot as my nurse more than one time during my multiple hospitalizations here at Kaiser, and he has always proven himself to be above and beyond what is truly required of a nurse. Charlot is a terrific nurse and compassionate person.

I am fortunate for nurses like Charlot who never only do what is minimally required and am grateful to be one of his blessed patients who are treated by him.
