She always brought a smile to my mom’s face, even when she wasn’t feeling well. Charlene was kind, gentle, compassionate, caring and professional. She would always do anything we needed and would make sure we had any supplies and medication we needed.”

The nominator went on to say, “When my mom was in her last few days, Charlene was very caring, sympathetic, and loving. She felt like family. We love her and miss her visits!”
