She’s a great nurse, very knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. She showed me that she was there for me.
Charlene was my nurse while I was in pre-op and then post-op. She has a wonderful personality and took such good care of me and my family. She explained everything very carefully. I had a little problem with bleeding after my cath. It took some hours to get the bleeding stopped. We were the only ones left here, and she never complained about having to stay late.

I had a TEE test done, and this nurse was so nice and very sweet. When it came time to check out, I mentioned that we had to park in the far side of the parking lot, in the last spot in the lot. My wife had a hard time walking, so this nurse got a wheelchair and rolled out to our truck. My wife is 78 years old, my wife offered to tip her, but she wouldn’t take anything. She is so caring and professional. Thank you for such a sweet and caring nurse.

She was my nurse after recovery and she was amazing. She kept me very comfortable and answered some questions as we didn’t see the doctor after the procedure. I was at the hospital at 10:30, and it was around 8:30 pm when I got to leave. She said they had thought about keeping me for the night. I desperately wanted to go home, and she made that happen. I was started on Eliquis, and she even went out of her way to find me a coupon for a 30-day supply for free. Kudos to her! She’s a great nurse, very knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. She showed me that she was there for me. She took me to my ride, then she was going to clock out as we were the last patient that day. Please recognize her for her excellence, going above and beyond. Thank you! Oh- she even called to check on me when the doctor’s office never did. Truly, I could go on and on about what great care she gave me. So very jolly and happy… made me feel so much better.
