I am writing to commend one of your extraordinary employees, Nurse Jelly, who took care of me during a recent emergency hospitalization at your facility. I came in as an emergency case and was transferred to the CCU due to a severe asthma attack. My condition required me to be placed on a ventilator, and I was extremely ill during my stay.

Nurse Jelly was assigned as my night nurse, and I cannot begin to express how much of a difference she made during this difficult time. Her kindness, empathy, and professionalism were exceptional. She not only provided outstanding care but also took the time to explain my condition and the procedures being used to help me recover.

At 64 years old, I have had my share of medical experiences, but Jelly's care made such an impression on me that I will never, ever forget her. In the midst of my anxiety and confusion, her compassionate presence helped to calm my fears. My emotions were all over the place, and the experience of being on the ventilator was extremely unsettling. However, Jelly's reassurance and thoughtful explanations eased my mind and allowed me to cope with the situation.

Her ability to connect with me and provide such comforting care is a true reflection of her character. LCMC Health is incredibly fortunate to have someone as kind, sweet, and empathetic as Jelly on its nursing staff. I will forever be grateful for her support and the positive impact she had on my recovery.
