Chad provided cheerful, efficient care to my husband, the Veteran, who arrived in the ER and was sent to the only available room. He was not a surgical patient but had arrived because of chest pains and high BP. Quality care was provided. As his spouse and driver, I had herniated a disc and had severe back pain. I was in need of wheelchair transportation. Chad took me to my car when I left plus on discharge day he took me first to get the car, then scurried back to escort my husband out to the waiting car. Very appreciative of his “care” those days for BOTH of us!! Typical though of ALL Roudebush nurses !!! ​
