From the moment Nurse Cesi walked in and began speaking to him in Spanish, everything changed. Just hearing his native language made him feel seen, safe, and comforted. He immediately relaxed and kept saying how happy he was that she was his nurse.

Beyond the language connection, Cesi showed genuine compassion in every interaction. She explained everything clearly and gently, checked on him often without being asked, and made sure he was physically comfortable and emotionally at ease. Her presence gave our family peace of mind during a very stressful time. Cesi is a true example of what it means to provide not just medical care, but human care. We are so grateful for her.
