Due to Celina’s persistence, concern, and observation of my mother, the decision was made to intubate my mother to get her breathing and oxygen under control.
Celina was amazing to my mother while she was in SICU after the lobectomy for the removal of cancer. My mother was struggling with the pain of surgery and the drainage tube. The weekend a doctor came and checked in on my mother, saying she was fine and doing good.

Mother was sleeping at the time of the visit. After he left, Celina came in and started to observe and review my mother. Celina noticed how much my mother was struggling with the oxygen level and pain level. She was worried and called the doctor back in who realized Celina was correct in making that call to bring him back and how my mother was struggling.

Due to Celina’s persistence, concern, and observation of my mother, the decision was made to intubate my mother to get her breathing and oxygen under control. It was a life-saving step that was taken, thanks to Celina.

Celina also took special care of my mother while she was intubated, giving her a sponge bath and cleaning her from head to toe, changing the bed sheets, blankets, and gowns for my mother. Celina has a wonderful caring attitude and was a bright light for our family during this time. Thank you so much Celina for all you did.
