Cathy has always been very helpful to all our patients, but his nomination is for the care she provided me, not only as her co-worker but as a patient as well. I was recently diagnosed with an ailment, and because she's so welcoming, I talked with Cathy about the frustration I was having with the referral process, and how it's been months, and I have not received an appointment. Cathy immediately checked the system for my referral and contacted the clinic. I was able to be seen within a week and continue to receive the care I needed. Thanks to her caring nature as a Nurse, I am medically ready and in a better position to take care of not only patients but my staff as well.
