Catherine Zito, RN
Catherine welcomed me with open arms when I started with Northwell, she was very accommodating and always reassuring. When we are having challenges at work, she would always say “Reach out to me” asking “Let me know if I can help you in any way”, “We will make it work”, and “I totally understand your concerns”. One of her best characteristics is that she is a good listener, and she works with us to figure out solutions to tasks we have at work. She is always our “to-go person”. We appreciate all her efforts. Her positivity is as beautiful as a DAISY!

When I was new at the Bayshore Infusion Center, Catherine extended herself to help in any which way. Whatever questions or concerns I had, and still have to this day; she is always happy to help. She is a great leader, that makes sure her teammates are always doing well. She is greatly appreciated and looked up to. Thank you, Catherine, for all you do!

From an administrative perspective, Catherine is always kind and professional. She is always looking for ways to calm the other nurses and to find the yes in a situation. Catherine is eager to help when needed and her nurses look to her for leadership and guidance.
