During our recent stay in the ICU, our family had the extraordinary privilege of being cared for by Nurse Cassidy. Her bedside manner, compassion, and tireless commitment went far beyond our expectations and left a lasting impression on all of us.

From the very first day, Cassidy showed not only remarkable clinical skill but also an unparalleled gift for human connection. She took the time to learn each of our names and understand our roles in supporting my father, who was her patient. She used this knowledge thoughtfully, speaking to him in ways that connected him to his loved ones, mentioning us by name when offering care or encouragement, and weaving in pieces of our family’s story so he always felt surrounded by us, even when we couldn’t all be at the bedside.
