Casey didn’t just care for my baby; she connected with her in a way that was beautiful to witness.
From the very first day Nurse Casey cared for my daughter—born at just 25 weeks—she showed a love and tenderness that truly touched my heart. Casey didn’t just care for my baby; she connected with her in a way that was beautiful to witness.
I saw it in the way she gently spoke to her, held her tiny hands, and moved her with such respect and compassion. My daughter would light up when she heard Casey’s voice. That connection brought us so much comfort during an incredibly difficult time.
As a first-time mom navigating the NICU, Casey also taught me so much. She was patient, calm, and wise, and she gave me so much peace. She truly became a source of strength and comfort for us.
In our little family, we lovingly started calling her our daughter's adopted Taiwanese grandma. That is how deep our appreciation for her went. Casey will always hold a special place in our lives. Her presence made our NICU stay lighter and full of hope.
Thank you, Casey, for being our light in the darkest moments.
