From the moment I entered my husband's room, Carsyn patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, using medical evidence. She wasn’t intimidated by my questions. Carsyn was there to reassure me during the difficult and agonizing hours of my husband’s stay. Even when I voiced feeling left out of the loop on his progress, she reassured me with facts and a calm demeanor. Did I mention patiently, also. Carysn knew her skills and was on top of the progress and anticipated the events of my husband's condition. When I wanted to push his recovery, she advised me based on the evidence. I really believe Carysn was the perfect nurse for my husband and me while in the ICU.
