I was walking on the third floor, wandering around. Caroline greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I told her about my husband’s situation: he was admitted to the hospital a week ago. I felt like shedding tears. She held my hands and started praying. Compassion makes the world a better place. Nurses are our angels in scrubs. Nurses like Caroline are the heart of healthcare.
