Caroline went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the hands-on support and encouragement that I needed to start a successful breastfeeding journey. She modeled and walked us through the easiest and most successful techniques when we were really struggling.
She “picked me up off the floor” with her encouraging words when I felt like I was otherwise failing. I am truly grateful for her help and support at the beginning of this journey for us. She was the answer to our prayers and the brightest light for me at a time I really felt darkness.
Caroline provided excellent care throughout my recovery and was also my nurse at discharge. She was very thorough, organized, and made sure all checks for both me and baby were completed carefully.
She clearly explained discharge instructions and answered all my questions, which made the transition home feel safe, smooth, and reassuring. I truly appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail.
