Carol Rajchel’s positive attitude, optimism, and consistent encouragement were instrumental in supporting the team throughout the pandemic. Carol's oversight and support for staffing including travelers, agency, and task Nurses, was a significant asset to assist leadership for safe staffing. Carol took on the new process when screening was initiated, securing resources and establishing a standard of work in collaboration with Employee Health, Infection Prevention, and Operations. In addition, Carol assisted with project implementations, including Teletracking, interpreter services changeover, and support for float pool restructuring. Carol exemplifies our core values of collaboration, compassion, and inclusion.
