Carly Pacer was beyond amazing at taking care of my daughter while we stayed at CHLA for four consecutive days. She was our daytime nurse for 3/4 days. She not only went above and beyond in her duties but also showed lots of care, passion, professionalism, love, and patience for my baby girl.
Carly's attitude was very positive and welcoming. Every time, she would walk into the room with a smile and cheerful attitude. She made sure to take care of my daughter's needs with extra caution, so my daughter feels minimal pain. While we were in the operating room, she even got activities and books for my daughter so she can cheer up when we come back. Who does that? She offered to stay at the bedside with my daughter and play with her while I go to the cafe to eat lunch.
Also, she was always prompt and quick with our needs and care. My daughter felt so special when Carly was taking care of her. Carly's cheerful personality, positive attitude, and extra care and love given to her patients are what make her an outstanding and fantastic nurse!
