Carlos made a great first impression. I liked how he introduced himself and asked before changing my mother, if she was ok with a male or female changing her. I loved how he gave my mom the option of providing a preference for her. You can tell that Carlos takes lots of pride and respect in the work he does.

Carlos was very attentive and checked on my mom very frequently without us even having to ring the nurses' call button. He was very patient, caring, and thoughtful. At one point, he adjusted my mom in her bed so that she was able to get some rest and feel comfortable. My mom even said, "OMG, he had me in the perfect position." When it was time to readjust her, you could tell he cared about making sure she was as comfortable as possible. He was always on time with bringing medicines. He was professional and respected my mother's boundaries. We need more nurses like him, who are compassionate about their job and ensure their patients are taken care of. I like how he paid attention to detail. I can say he was by far one of the best nurses we've ever had.

Carlos goes above and beyond. It was a wonderful experience having him as a nurse. My mom was a little upset that he had to go once his shift was over. My mother gave him so much praise and recognition. I wish he were always my mom's nurse in the evening. Very passionate and caring nurse. I know any patient Carlos is assigned to would love him.
