Talking to her feels like I'm talking to a friend, which puts me at ease before the doctor comes in.
Such a delightful person, Caline is! I enjoy the calmness she can bring to the room. On Friday, after a little discussion, she suggested I should get a dog. With every reason she had, I countered why I should not. Just as she was leaving the room, she turned to me and smiled and said, "Don't get a dog."

I usually always have a great visit with both Caline and my PCP. Caline is always in great spirits and compassionate. When you come into the room, she greets you with empathy, addressing your concerns immediately and making you feel comfortable and able to discuss any issues before seeing the provider. I have had situations where Caline makes me feel better by answering all my questions and communicating with me. Caline is one of the few nurses that I can say are in with the care, compassion, and empathy. She truly empathizes with what a nurse really is. I’m happy to finally have a caring nurse and provider.

I always get so nervous going to a doctor's appointment. It makes my blood pressure rise. I just feel uncomfortable. I have had really sweet nurses in the past, but you can tell they are putting on a sweet face because it's their job. Caline is the most genuine nurse I have ever encountered. Talking to her feels like I'm talking to a friend, which puts me at ease before the doctor comes in. She remembers me and makes me feel like a person, not just a patient that she has to see.

I am deeply scared of not only needles, but also being in a doctor's office as well. She has the best "bedside manner" of anyone in the medical field that I have come across. Genuinely a funny individual who is also, very clearly, really good at what she does. If she reads this, thank you for making me comfortable in a place that makes me otherwise very uncomfortable. I appreciate the work you do!

Caline is our family nurse and is extremely amazing. She treats us like she's part of our family, laughing with my brother and father for every appointment. She honestly makes us look forward to coming while dealing with my family's diabetes and obesity, or dealing with my TBI. Additionally, she's been a huge advocate for us getting healthy, even as minorities, and addressing the health disparities. Caline makes sure we have what we need.
