Caleb demonstrated extreme kindness, attentiveness, and care while maintaining a positive attitude that exuded warmth and empathy. My grandmother came in with significant bruising and pain from a fall, and Caleb was not only so respectful and gentle with her but competent and knowledgeable. Caleb wasn’t afraid to answer questions or to offer genuine advice. Caleb is going to make a huge impact with his patients over the years, I’m absolutely certain.

Oftentimes, I feel like nurses come in and do their job, and while they often show genuine care and concern, they stay in their lane, so to speak. This is what stood out to me about Caleb. He didn't leave us with more questions deferred to a different person within reason. Caleb was ready to help and followed it up with competent action. Caleb made my grandmother feel safe and secure during a very stressful time, and even wheeled her across the parking lot and helped her get into her car. I can’t say enough nice things about Caleb!
