Caitlyn made me feel comfortable and heard. I wasn't satisfied with what I was told so she reached out to the MD to get things explained more. She was very sweet and caring. I'm thankful she cared enough to not let me leave without making sure things were clear. It feels good to be seen and heard, not just pushed out the door. Thank you!
