Caitlin helps all of us work better together by listening and validating each person and department's experience. C
Caitlin has stepped up to help out with some challenging updates and processes. She has gathered opinions, insight from multiple areas and leaders as we've navigated the ICU expansion project and Hospital Level Care at Home. Caitlin has worked hard to keep everyone as informed as possible while valuing their input. She also shows genuine care in other areas by checking in and supporting her caregivers in taking care of themselves. It helps to know that my health and happiness are important to my leader, too.
Caitlin is definitely a key reason for me staying in my current role. It's not easy to share challenging information, but she does so in a caring way. I appreciate that she listens to feedback, validates, and accepts that adjustment may be a process. The influence that she has directly flows to all of our staff and patients. Our staff knows who she is and appreciates the rounding that she does with them.
Caitlin helps all of us work better together by listening and validating each person and department's experience. Caitlin focuses on helping people live the healthiest lives possible, from her work with staff self-care to patient fall prevention. It has been a positive example to me as a leader.
