Caitlin was very attentive to all of Dad’s needs, including assisting him in calling Mom. Every evening, Caitlin and her CNA, Brooklyn, showed amazing teamwork and compassion, assisting Dad with his cares and cleaning up after him. They made him feel special and comfortable in a situation where normally he is very uncomfortable and self-conscious. Our family felt very confident with the wonderful care he received from all the nurses, CNAs, and doctors, but those two went above and beyond with compassion and professionalism. They showed Dad every night while he struggled with COVID.
