Caitlyn understood her fidgeting and gave her washcloths to fold in order to keep her hands busy. That was a lifesaver that she thought of details such as that.
My 88-year-old mother had a stroke and was transferred to the Southwest Stroke Unit. Caitlyn took excellent care of mom. She is so upbeat and optimistic. She would come in and say, “Good morning, sunshine, every morning." It was nice to see my mother smile. Mom was diagnosed with dementia and she fidgets a lot. Caitlyn understood her fidgeting and gave her washcloths to fold in order to keep her hands busy. That was a lifesaver that she thought of details such as that. Mom was always kept clean and comfortable. Caitlyn made Mom’s stay the best that it could be in our situation. Caitlyn’s upbeat personality was a pleasure to be around. All of mom’s nurses were good but Caitlyn’s personality and bedside manners are excellent. We are incredibly grateful for the care mom received during our time here.
