I am writing to wholeheartedly recognize Nurse Brynn for the extraordinary care she provided to me during my labor and delivery one year ago. I have often reflected on that day, and without hesitation, I can say that her presence made all the difference in my experience.​

At the time, I was an 18-year-old first-time mom facing a difficult and overwhelming delivery. I was scared, uncertain, and unsure of myself. From the moment Nurse Brynn stepped into the room, she brought a sense of calm and reassurance that I desperately needed. She was relaxed, steady, and deeply encouraging, and she had a way of grounding me when everything felt overwhelming.​

Nurse Brynn truly listened to me. She didn’t rush me, dismiss my fears, or make me feel small. Instead, she supported me with patience and kindness, constantly reminding me that I was capable and not alone. Her words, tone, and presence helped me stay in the right mindset when I didn’t think I could continue. Honestly, I don’t believe I would have made it through that delivery the way I did without her encouragement and strength.​

What meant just as much was the care she showed my family, especially my mother. Nurse Brynn took the time to talk with her, reassure her, and include her in the process. As a young, first-time mom, knowing my family was supported and informed brought me immense comfort.​

Nurse Brynn exemplifies everything a nurse should be: compassionate, attentive, calm under pressure, and genuinely invested in her patients and their families. Even a year later, I still think about how incredible she was and how safe she made me feel during one of the most vulnerable moments of my life.​

I am so grateful for the care she provided.
