Brooke has been an integral part of Tanner for 15 years, starting in Labor and Delivery and now working in the Emergency Department, where she has recently stepped into the role of Clinical Coordinator. Over the years, she has not only demonstrated an unwavering commitment to patient care but has also become an irreplaceable resource for her team. Brooke is recognized for her quick thinking and ability to think on her feet under pressure. Her peers regularly recognize her for going above and beyond in every situation. Whether it's stepping in to care for a critical patient, offering guidance to new nurses, or providing a calm presence in chaotic moments, Brooke handles every challenge with grace and efficiency. She has the unique ability to remain level-headed, even in the most high-stress situations, and this has made her a go-to person for her colleagues.
