Having had a major heart attack and quadruple bypass, I was apprehensive about my visit to my PCP. This nurse was ever so patient and caring with my intake conversation, and she genuinely cared about me and my worries. After she left, she came back in to let me know that the doctor would be delayed. She stayed with me, talking about family and my grandchildren until the provider arrived. She made my visit very pleasant and relaxed, taking away all my anxiety.
