During my stay, I received notification that a family member had only a few days to live. He was on the 5th floor. Brooke took me to visit with him and his wife during my stay. She did this with such kindness and with no hesitation.

When I asked her, she got a wheelchair, a box of Kleenex, and water for me. On arrival to see my family member, she gave me private time with the family with such kindness. Before this visit, she consistently demonstrated excellent professionalism, kindness, and empathy.

Brooke is outstanding at Mercy Health and her patients, without exception!
