I am writing to formally acknowledge and recognize Brooke Cutchall for the outstanding, compassionate, and deeply committed care she provided to my sister during her stay in the ICU. Brooke is the kind of nurse every family member hopes will be entrusted with the care of their loved ones.

Brooke embodies the HonorHealth mission to improve the health and well-being of those she serves. She does more than uphold this mission; she lives it. Her presence is marked by kindness, attentiveness, and genuine compassion. She consistently demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and a level of dedication that brought comfort and reassurance to my sister’s son, J, and me during an incredibly challenging time.

Of course, her clinical excellence is matched by her humanity. Brooke listens, anticipates the needs of the patient, and communicates clearly. I also observed her interacting positively with her leadership team with dignity and respect. She stands out not only for her skill but for the heart she brings to her work. It is my sincere belief that Brooke represents the absolute best of the nursing profession. She is exceptional, and in my view, she is the quintessential of greatness, rocks the profession, and is truly a rockstar.
