I went to be seen for pain that I’d felt often within the last year; nothing terribly new. However, this was the first time someone read back to me what they put in their clinical notes to make sure they were understanding my issues clearly.

It made me feel seen about an ongoing issue, which, for the first time, I may actually have real answers about what it was. Which very well could have been from her diligent clinical notes. Very clear she knew her job very well, and I truly hope if I get seen again, the person checking me can make me feel as heard and as cared for as the staff did today. Truly, thank you!
