Brittany is very professional. Whenever we, the patient’s family, had any questions, she would take the time to explain the whys and provide us with updates. We kept apologizing for asking so many questions, and she would always tell us that it was “no problem.” She was very kind and patient.

My 88-year-old mom was admitted to CVICU, and I was helpless in understanding any of the procedures that were happening. Brittany was very friendly and professional. She explained every single thing to me whether I asked for an explanation or not. She continually went out of her way to make my mom comfortable. After two days, my mom was transferred to ICU, and sure enough, she followed mom and cared for her the next day as well. She is absolutely the best RN you have at this hospital.
