After having been stuck at 1cm dilation for 24 hours and most likely having to face a C-section, Brittany was a lifesaver. She heard that we wanted a vaginal delivery and tried every trick she could to get us there. For the entire night, she checked on me, answered questions, and did whatever she could to keep me pain-free and moving along. With her there to help us, we got to 10cm. She even stayed a little over her shift to see us through the delivery.
My son was finally born after a very long wait. Brittany kept my family and me calm and sane as she did everything in her power to help us have a vaginal delivery. Without her, I don't know that we would have been able to hold out through the pain and the worry. My son's heart rate kept dropping due to the induction medicine, so it was administered extremely slowly and made for a long labor. Brittany kept him and me safe as she pushed us to where we wanted to be. There are not enough words to express my eternal gratitude.
