My aunt came into the emergency room in January of 2026 with severe pain and weakness. She has terminal cancer and is very frail. Britni provided exceptional care from the moment we arrived. She addressed my aunt's pain promptly, cleaned and repositioned her gently, and treated her with compassion and dignity throughout her care.

My aunt had nothing but positive things to say about Britni. She was made to feel comfortable and safe, which in turn helped my family and me feel reassured during a very difficult time. Britni was able to obtain IV access and draw blood quickly and efficiently, even though my aunt is a difficult stick. I cannot thank Britni enough for the care she provided that day.
