Briane’s clinical experience made a big difference in unit 1 today; when the shift was coming to an end, one of our children started to have some complications. When her partner nurse called out for assistance, Briane jumped into action. After evaluating the situation and trusting her instincts, she called a STAT. It quickly involved our nursing care team rushing over, which resulted in a safe outcome for the child.
Briane is a team player; when the DSPs are understaffed, she helps with personal care and bathes the children while still completing her work. Her compassion and willingness to go the extra mile demonstrate her commitment to our person-centered care. Thanks for everything you do.

Briane is very compassionate and loves all the residents, she goes above and beyond for all residents and staff, always willing to help. One day a resident was having a hard morning and Briane jumped into action to put a smile on the resident’s face by playing music and dancing and having the other residents join in and the joy on their faces was priceless. Briane is a wonderful nurse.
