When there was a problem with someone or something, he was always there. He would always find the answers even if he didn't know. He always keeps us in the loop of things going on within Mayo. He is a great role model.

He is the best manager I have ever had; so dependable and trustworthy as well as professional. He is always looking out for what's best for the patients as well as for the employees. He has been someone I trust since the start of my career at Mayo. He has helped me through a lot and encouraged me to continue my education. 

He encourages us to come to his office or call whenever we need to talk or have any questions. 

He made us a relaxation room, so staff have somewhere to go when they need a moment alone or a second to catch their breath from a busy day. He advocated for some of our staff who are in school to adjust their schedules to help with their school scheduling. 

Five months after I started, my daughter started having seizures and was hospitalized, and he was so understanding. He walked me through everything I needed to do to get FMLA and reassured me that everything would be fine with my job and to concentrate on taking care of my family. He is very compassionate and understanding and has helped me through a lot in his time here.
