I am delighted to nominate this nurse as I find him to have all the qualities that make an excellent nurse. He is intelligent, compassionate, and relentless in obtaining the best possible outcomes for his patients. He treats each patient with respect, love and is super friendly. He treats every patient as if they were a family member, even those who are difficult. He is a great nurse; I enjoy working with him. Each time I’m put on his unit, I automatically know that we are going to have a great shift. I absolutely love working with him. He is the best and different among the rest. He deserves this award and many more. Please honor him with the award. He’s “all in one,” that’s what we call him. He does not care; he will pick up the trash, pass trash, or clean. He is a team player, and everyone loves him.
