Brian is professional and, at every moment, went above and beyond to think of ways to help me adjust to swallowing food, which was difficult after the endoscopy. He gave me a pill crusher that he used for me to take home for the large multivitamin prescribed, asked the doctor questions when I needed to communicate accurately. He explained what the doctor ordered, told me the purpose of the medication, and relayed the reasons the doctor was making an addition or change to my routine. I felt safe talking to him, and he never forgot a request. He was superior at communicating, clear, concise, and very knowledgeable.
