Brett Rickord, RN

Brett was my husband’s nurse. He went out of his way not only to make my husband comfortable and receiving exactly what he needed, but he also made me feel a whole lot better about a scary situation. He always double and triple-checked to make sure that I understood what was going on and the reason for and why. Even on a day he wasn’t my husband’s nurse, he still stepped over and asked how he was and helped with my questions. He was always willing to take the time to address the concerns I had. It was a relief to know he was truthfully honest and sincere.
