These are some things the patient shared about the care he received from Brett:
Very attentive and organized. Concerned with my issues of past and present. Reminded me each evening of my goals for today or the next day and followed through with me. Made sure I was pain-free and comfortable. Listened to me and my wife with concerns and followed up and reported back to us. He really heard what I said and reported to my doctor then informed me. He noticed things that others did not and followed up. He always was concerned about my health and stay here. I was really concerned about the quarantined room across from me; Brett sat down and explained it was precautionary and not to worry, the hospital was taking steps throughout to make it safe. I felt very safe after our conversation.
