Brenna takes the time to get to know her patient. My son has been inpatient a few times, and Brenna remembers the conversations she had with him during past stays, including his interests, sports, likes, dislikes, and more. She is also very attentive to all medical aspects. She is motivating and encourages him to be as active as possible, which is good for him to hear from people other than me. She takes time to answer all of our questions no matter how many we ask. She is someone my son looks forward to having as his nurse when her name pops up on the board. She even took the time to come back and say goodbye one last time last night, knowing he was most likely discharged today. Thanks, Brenna, for all you do each and every day!
