Brenda is a nurse who truly cares for her patients. Brenda specifically remained calm repeating anything that needed repeating even when I became frustrated with myself. She kept her cool and was so patient and understanding. She made me feel like it was “ok” to be me. She made me feel like it was “ok to not be ok”. She made me feel “normal” in such an abnormal place in my life.
