He attended to my dad within just ten minutes, quickly beginning the necessary care. His ability to communicate clearly ensures that my dad understands what is happening and why. But he doesn’t stop there; he also takes the time to check in on me, asking if I need anything and how I'm holding up. It’s heartening to see how he remains calm and caring, even in the bustle of a busy ER. My father visibly relaxes when Mr. Brecken is around; the care he provides truly makes a difference. I can’t praise him enough for the incredible nurse he is. Mr. Brecken also shows kindness to the other staff and nurses, treating them with respect while ensuring that everything is handled correctly. We are deeply grateful for the extra time and attention he gives us, always making sure we feel understood and supported throughout our experience.
