Breanna "Bre" always goes above and beyond for the patients she cares for. She always offers a helping hand to the other nurses, other staff members, or management members. She is always positive and full of energy. She is a great role model for everyone in the office. She puts the needs of her clients and the rest of the staff before her own needs most often. She is truly an amazing nurse, employee, friend and person. She deserves some recognition for the wonderful care she provides for each and every client she sees, and for all the extra she does to help anyone and everyone around her when she doesn't have too. Bre is a wonderful nurse to all of our patients. Numerous patients request Bre for care and speak highly of her. Bre is always a patient advocate and also advocates for each staff member in our department. She lends a helping hand when needed and is always a support system for the staff. Bre is committed to assisting the people of our community and ensuring high quality care is brought into the homes.

Bre initiated start of care in home of pediatric patient including speech, PT, and OT. After first PTA rx, PTA voiced frustration with patient's mom unable to retrieve appropriate level of toys in separate area of home for use during rx. Bre discussed with her young daughter benefit of donating toys for use with this patient. Bre brought in more appropriate toys for the therapist to use during physical therapy appointments. This assisted with improving rx and education of the parents of more appropriate toys to assist with development of the young patient.
