I came in with my dad and his girlfriend. My dad's health has been failing for the past few months. Came in already worried, and my heart was broken for my dad. Brannon was his nurse, and he was so attentive and caring. He listened to our concerns and explained everything to us perfectly. My dad had a recent nurse put in a catheter from somewhere else, and she hurt him pretty badly and was bleeding pretty hard. He was pretty traumatized by the idea of getting another inserted. Brannon explained step by step what he was going to do and took his time with him. My dad can be pretty stubborn, and I was worried at first, but Brannon did it perfectly, with ease and care. My dad thanked him, and he had a huge relief. We appreciate his kindness and patience. My dad really liked this nurse! He did an absolutely amazing job in there with him and with his care.
