Brandy has recently joined our department as a nurse and brings with her a variety of nursing experiences, including emergency and critical care. Brandy always goes out of her way to help her co-workers when they are struggling with difficult situations, demonstrating great critical thinking skills. She is extremely respectful of others, both co-workers and patients. She cares for her patients with great compassion.

Recently, Brandy demonstrated extreme empathy, compassion, and patience. A family complimented her excellent bedside manner and attentiveness during their time of need.

Another family complimented her for being excellent at communication, taking the time to explain the patient’s health situation as well as the plan of care.

A co-worker also recently observed her extreme patience when caring for a confused elderly woman. Brandy always puts others before herself and goes above and beyond in her care.
