Following my mom’s knee surgery, she had to stay overnight. Bobbie was exceptional and took excellent care of my mother. She is highly skilled and demonstrated extreme patience and compassion by listening intently to my mother's concerns and questions. She provided concise answers that my mother could understand. She has never had major surgery and was very anxious and scared while the anesthesia was working its way out of her system. As her primary caregiver, she was very kind and accommodating to make sure I felt comfortable spending the night with my mom. My mom gets anxious when she is alone. Bobbie did not know this, but her compassionate care and unflappable personality were my mom's rock and calm during a very anxious state and experience. I will be forever grateful to Bobbie, and I can assure you my mom will never forget her and continues to sing her praises.
