Billy Craft was truly a bright light. From the moment he began caring for my husband, his compassion, professionalism, and kindness stood out. I knew my husband was in excellent hands, even when I couldn't be by his side. Billy kept us consistently updated on my husband's progress and explained every medical detail in a way that was easy to understand, and even ensured that doctors called me.
Billy demonstrated remarkable empathy, recognizing how life-changing this diagnosis would be for not only my husband, but for our family. We are endlessly grateful to the entire team, but especially to Billy, whose exceptional care and genuine compassion made an unimaginable situation a little easier to bear. He truly exemplifies what it means to care for patients and their families as people first.
