I was hospitalized for a week on Billie Jo’s floor, and from the moment I was wheeled into my room until she wheeled me out to my ride, Billie Jo displayed a compassionate and positive attitude towards me and my family. In any and every situation I would encounter, Billie Jo always made me and my family feel at ease and treated me as if I were her only patient. I was never treated like a burden, nor did she rush anything she had to do with me and my care. I have never encountered such a caring, compassionate, and committed nurse like this, and it was a very nice stay at BSA because of Billie Jo’s passion to be a nurse. She is the example that I feel all Nurses should follow and strive to become.

This is one of the best nurses I have had in my life. Billie Jo is always there to do anything she can to help you, and does it with an amazingly good attitude. If she doesn't know the answer to your question, she will find out and do it with a smile.
