Beverly is an outstanding unit director. She goes out of her way every day to make sure that the staff is taken care of and doing well during their shift. She helps with the patients on the floor, while preforming all of her administrative duties. She also provides an extremely positive work environment, which makes coming to work every day a good experience... I even pick up shifts frequently on 11S due to the culture that she has created. She works incredibly well with staff to create schedules that work for them, making it feel like the staff's time is valuable and cared about. I could not ask for a better unit director; Beverly is more than deserving of this award.
