Ms. Betty was the first nurse I met when I got here, she answered all my questions about my mom's health. She let me know what to expect so I wasn't surprised; she told me to expect it to get worse before it gets better. That statement prepared me for what was to come. She hugged me when I needed it, she listened to my "life story" and she didn't judge. She just listened and let me cry and gave me comfort when needed. Ms. Betty treated my mom with care as if she were her mom. She has an amazing spirit and reminds me so much of my mom. Ms. Betty has impacted my life in such a way I can't even explain. I will forever remember my experience here, Ms. Betty is the best!
